STUDIO is part of LOCA Restaurants, which also includes the Mission Green, Almanak i Operaen and RADIO restaurants.
LOCA Restaurants was created to create restaurants with sustainability at the fore - both when it comes to food and people.

Space Copenhagen and is fitting in perfectly with the beautiful restaurant Studio.

From the very beginning, we have used FSC-certified wood
for all wooden products in our collection. In an FSC®
certified forest, no more trees than the forest can reproduce are felled, so the exploitation of nature is avoided.

By doing Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) on our furniture,
we can analyse the total climate emission for each of our
product’s lifespan.
The wooden frame is carefully
crafted in FSC certified wood, sustainably sourced from well managed forest, thereby honouring
the UN Sustainable Development
Goals of ‘Life on Land’ (SDGs 15)
and ‘Responsible Consumption
and Production (SDGs 12) whilst
supporting ‘Partnership for the
Goals’ (SDGs 17).
