Since Mater is the sole proprietor of Matek and we
have the technology to recycle it, we also see it as our
responsibility to offer a take-back system.

formulas. With Matek, Mater helps limit the world’s use of virgin
materials and reduce carbon emissions.

Behind the process
We want to make it easy to follow the process from old furniture to new. This is how we do it.
1.
Your used furniture will be picked up
2.
Next it will be delivered back to Mater’s warehouse
3.
Then the furniture will be dissasembled and made ready to the recycling process
4.
Parts made from Mater Circular Material will be granulated back into raw material and metal, wood and textiles will be sorted and sent to the local recycling station
5.
The Mater Circular Material will be put back into the TKM machine
6.
And your old furniture has now become a new one
