Returns or Cancellations

Materdesign.com gladly accept returns. When you return goods to materdesign.com, you will be required to pay for return postage, unless we have made a mistake with your purchase. You must return the item no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Please include a copy of the original invoice attached to the package in the return shipment.

We do not accept items that have been in use. Original packaging must be returned in a condition that makes a new sale possible. We do not take the goods back if there is written on the packaging. The customer is responsible for the arrival of the goods in same condition as received. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only accept the credit card that was used to purchase the items in order to limit the use of stolen credit cards. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent.

If you regret your purchase, the amount will be refunded by transfer to your bank account once we have received the product and verified that it meets the rules for withdrawal. It is therefore important that we know your registration number and account number. It is not a requirement, but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information is included in the package. Attach a copy of the invoice, registration number and account number of bank account to which reimbursement may be, copies of previous correspondence, etc. Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD.

Refunds

Materdesign.com gives 14 days full return policy valid from the day you receive your goods. When you return goods to materdesign.com, you must pay the return postage, unless it is a claim or we have made a mistake in connection with your purchase. Simply enclose a copy of the invoice in the shipping package with the goods.

Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as on receipt. The original packaging must be returned in a condition that makes a resale possible, as useful packaging information is indicated on the packaging. We do not return the goods if written on the packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is in good condition. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We only refund to the credit card with which the goods have been purchased. This is to avoid illegal use of stolen credit cards. Remember also to save your mail receipt as proof that the item has been shipped.
