Mater is a green-tech company with the capability to transform waste into circular design furniture. Founded in 2006 with sustainability as its core value, Mater is now pioneering the acceleration of the sustainability and circularity transformation in the design and interior industry. Through our groundbreaking innovation, Matek™, we offer a versatile and easily adaptable alternative to traditional raw materials, changing the standards of today's furniture production.
Your areas of responsibilities
- Purchase and demand planning of our products in our ERP environment and weekly releases of procurement orders to suppliers. Follow up on deliveries and plan peaks and campaigns with our first and second-tier suppliers.
- Develop and improve supplier base, contract development, and pricing negotiations.
- Continuously development and digitalization of MRP- and ERP systems that help us become efficient for high volume markets.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and securing sustainable- and consistent waste streams that can follow production demand.
- Secure implementation of Mater's Code of Conduct towards all suppliers.
- Production and supply chain efficiency development.
- Inventory and cash flow planning with management reporting.
- You will work closely with our COO and be a big part of running our operations and Matek™ production.
- Ad hoc projects.
Requirements and personal qualifications
A talented individual with a positive mindset for change. Furthermore, you are a team player who enjoys working in an informal environment, with dedicated colleagues. You thrive on challenges and are ready to go the extra mile for the team and our customers.
- Experienced in Dynamics 365 BC and Excel.
- Master in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or similar fields of experience.
- Preferably you have experience with Demand and Supply Planning. This includes experience from working in an MRP and you are familiar with ERP implementation/upgrade.
- Fluent in Danish & English.
