Refund policy

Returns or Cancellations

Materdesign.com gladly accepts returns. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your goods. To cancel, notify us at sales@materdesign.com within this period, and return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us.

When you return goods to materdesign.com, you will be required to pay for return postage, unless it is a claim or we have made a mistake in connection with your purchase. Please include a copy of the original invoice in the return shipment, and keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. Note: We do not receive packages sent by COD.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as on receipt, and the original packaging must be returned in a condition that makes a resale possible. The customer is responsible for the goods arriving in the same condition as received. If the goods have been used, or the packaging has been damaged or written on, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.

Refunds

As soon as we have received the returned goods and they have undergone a quality control check, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original delivery cost. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we received your cancellation, but we may withhold it until we have received the goods back. We only refund to the payment method that was used to purchase the goods, in order to limit the use of stolen credit cards.
