Shipping policy

Welcome to materdesign.com. When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through our terms and conditions before you shop on materdesign.com. Please note you must be at least 18 years old to order goods from materdesign.com.

Delivery Fee

Shipping is free on all furniture and lighting.* As international freight rates have very large fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates, for example for remote destinations. The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. Mater ships to Denmark and selected European countries, though we reserve the right to reject foreign orders if the risks or costs are too excessive, but we will then set you up with the nearest dealer in your home country.

*Free shipping does not apply to spare parts.

Please note that certain items are extra fragile and need special handling. We will contact you when you have placed your order and strive to give you the best service possible in order to deliver the goods when it's best for you.

At materdesign.com we strive for a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. All shipments abroad are sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to evade local taxes and duties. Regular service in Europe is approx. 4-5 business days.
